Step 1: Log on to www.tms.cinerewardz.com |
Step 2: Click on the link tagged “Register” and submit the necessary information. Please ensure you receive a Submission Confirmation. |
Step 3: On successful registration you will instantly receive an Unique Registration Number which is required while booking your ticket. Please use the same URN code in all correspondence with RewardPort in future |
Step 4: Registration is a one time process .The registration has to be done within 15 days of buying your new Blackberry phone from The Mobile Store Outlet only |
Booking |
Step 1: Visit www.tms.cinerewardz.com and click on “Book” link and submit the necessary information according to your preference. Please ensure you receive a submission confirmation. |
Step 2: You are required to provide 2 options of your preference (movie, date & theater). |
Step 3: RewardPort will get back to you by email within 48 hours of successful submission of the Booking Request Form to inform you of the booking status. |
Step 4: The confirmation will come in form of a pin No. as SMS or EMAIL which has to be shown at the booking window to exchange for a paper ticket. |
Please note: Booking request of less than 2 days and more than 7 days in advance will not be accepted. |

How can I use this card? |
1. First register yourself. |
To reveal the pin no. simply, scratch the designated area of the card. Then log onto www.tms.cinerewardz.com and register yourself using this unique pin no. On successful registration, you get unique registration number vide email to the address specified by you at the time of registration. Registration must be completed within 30 days of receiving the card. |
2. Book your ticket |
For making a Booking Request you must fill-up the Booking Request Form, online. You can book tickets for any movie of your choice at a theater convenient to you. For getting easy availability it is mandatory to provide two choices of theatre. |
Once you book you will receive your movie ticket code on your mobile or email48 hrs before the show. Present this at the BOX Office Window of the theatre and you will be issued a paper ticket. |
1) How many tickets do I get? The card contains 24 tickets. 2 tickets per month. |
2) Can I issue all tickets in one month? No, the card would not accept such bookings. |
3) Can I issue 2 tickets on different dates in the same month? No, you get to book two tickets at one go in one month. |
4) Can I book the tickets directly at the multiplex ? No. The tickets cannot be booked directly at the multiplex. Tickets can only be booked by as per the proscribed manner. |
5) Are these tickets/ movie card transferable? These are not transferable. |
6) What is the validity of the movie card? The validity is mentioned on the card. However the card has to be registered within 30 days of receipt. |
7) How do I cancel/amend tickets once they are booked? Once the tickets are booked no cancellation/amendment is permissible. |
8) Will I get the show and movie of my choice ? Yes you will. Do remember to give two unique options of date and multiplex/theatre .The show timings could vary +/- 2 hours. |
9) Are these vouchers valid across all shows and all kind of seating ? The Card is valid for booking on all shows Monday to Thursday and shows before 12 am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings , paid preview, premier and gold class seats . |
10) Can I choose the seats ?
The seats choice is not available. You will be provided the best available seats at the time of booking . |
11) I have the vouchers and my friends would like to join me. Can Cinerewardz book
them ?
No. Cinerewardz booking services is to facilitate bookings for special customers of corporate only .This service is not open for general booking. |
12) Can I do advance booking for forthcoming movies?
No. The booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. |
13) What is the maximum and minimum time required to book the tickets ?
Tickets can be booked minimum of 2 days and maximum of 7 days in advance .Tickets cannot be booked earlier than 7 days as the schedules of the multiplexes are very dynamic and is subject to change over a short notice |
14) What if I show the movie ticket number at the ticket window and it is not exchanged
for movie tickets?
This can only happen if you present the wrong information at the box office. Please remember the number that you have to show is the ticket number and NOT the card number or the registration number. In the unlikely event that your ticket is not accepted you will be entitled to a full refund of the same by presenting the proof. |
15) My Cinerewardz voucher expires on 31st of the current month .Can i book on or
before 31st of the month ?
Simply put this means that you have to use the voucher for watching a show before 31 of the month .So as to not to miss out the use of the voucher ensure that you requset for booking atleast 2 days before the expiry date .The system will not accept your bookings later than that or for screenings beyond the expiry date . |
Terms & Conditions |
1. RBMC is exclusively for bonafide buyers of blackberry phone purchased through the Mobile Store. |
2. This RBMC is not transferable, sellable or encashable. |
3. Each RBMC holder is entitled to 24 tickets for the year of which a maximum of 2 tickets can be booked per month. |
4. If during any month the quota is not utilized, the unutilised amount cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited. |
5. Only registered vouchers with Unique Registration Number will be valid for processing booking requests. |
6. Failure to activate RBMC within 15days from date of receipt will render the RBMC invalid and unusable. Such RBMCs will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances. |
7. RBMC will require at least two movie, date & theater options to process booking request. |
8. This voucher is valid for all shows from Monday to Thursday and only morning/pre noon shows for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. |
9. Tickets once issued cannot be changed / amended. |
10. RBMC is not responsible in the event shows are cancelled by theater authorities for whatsoever reason; no refund or reschedule will be entertained. |
11. RBMC is not responsible for the quality of seats / movie or any service discrepancies at the theater. |
12. This voucher entitles the customer to a movie ticket only and does not include any other facilities such as food and beverages. |
13. Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference. |
14. This voucher will not be valid for special shows and screening if any. |
15. This voucher cannot be utilised by presentation directly at a theater / multiplex and has to be registered and booked by following the steps specified by RBMC |
16. The validity of the tickets is limited to the multiplexes listed on rewardport.in/blackberry, and subject to change without notice at discretion of RBMC. |
17. The redemption of this voucher can be done only through rewardport.com |
18. Dispute if any are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. |
